Reservation management
Manage or cancel your ride.
Enter the same reservation number, email address, and mobile number used when the ride was booked. We’ll show the cancellation terms and any refund before you confirm.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup are charged the full fare. A no-show may be assessed after 30 minutes of waiting from the scheduled pickup time.
