How far in advance do I need to book?
Three hours is the minimum to dispatch a driver properly. For 4 to 6 AM pickups, we recommend booking by 8 PM the night before so we can confirm your driver before bedtime. Anything tighter than three hours, call (424) 423-0435 directly so Bill can see if he can make it work.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time using the flight number you provide at booking. If you land late, your driver waits. No extra charge. If you land early, we adjust the pickup time on our end. The flat rate doesn’t change.
When and how am I charged?
Your card is charged at booking through our secure Stripe payment system. The amount is the flat rate for your pickup zone, plus tip if you choose to add one. No surprise charges, no fuel surcharges, no surge multipliers. You'll get a Stripe receipt by email right after booking, and your driver's name texted within the hour.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the flat rate. Inside 2 hours, full charge. Real life happens, so if you have a genuine emergency call us and we’ll usually waive it.
Where does my driver meet me at LAX?
Curbside pickup at your arriving terminal, on the lower (Arrivals) level. Once you have your bags, text your driver and they pull up. If you prefer a meet-and-greet at baggage claim with a name sign, request it at booking. No additional charge for either.
Can you pick me up from LAX and drive me home to the South Bay?
Yes. Book online and pick From LAX at the top of the form. Same flat rate as the outbound trip — $65 to Manhattan Beach, $85 to Hermosa, and so on. Add your flight number and we track your landing, so the driver is curbside when you finish baggage claim. If your flight is delayed, the rate doesn’t change.
Do you do round trips and return pickups?
Yes. Book each direction separately — same flat rate either way, both quoted upfront. Most customers book the outbound trip first and the return after they’ve confirmed their flight home. The same driver isn’t guaranteed for both, but most regulars develop a rotation of two or three drivers they recognize.
Do you do anything besides airport runs?
Yes. Hourly chauffeur — $85/hr sedan, $100/hr SUV, three-hour minimum. Weddings, executive transport, dinners, sporting events, day trips. For one-way trips that aren’t to LAX — Bob Hope (BUR), Long Beach (LGB), John Wayne (SNA), Disneyland, downtown LA, anywhere — pick Other destination on the booking form and we quote the trip live from distance plus time.
Can I book for someone else?
Of course. Use your card and your contact info, put their name and phone in the passenger field. We’ll text them their driver’s name and you’ll get a copy. Common for executive assistants booking for executives, parents booking for college students, and adults booking for elderly parents.
